Infused Industries, Inc. (SociableGroup, The Company, Infused, Infused Industries, us, our, we) provides use of the SociableShops application, website and any associated content or processes (the Application, App, Software) under the conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Directly Collected Information

Infused Industries collects, stores, and distributes certain pieces of information which you have provided directly to us during the process of using our software.  This information may include:

  5. The dollar amount of your purchases
  6. The time of your purchase

The information collected during use of our Software may vary depending upon the legal requirements associated with the specific SociableFundraiser campaign.

Payment Information

Infused Industries uses the Payment Gateway Credit Card Processing system (  We never see, have access to, or store in any way your credit card number, expiration date, or (Security Code CCV).  Your credit card information passes through our Software, directly to and is protected with top industry, Verisign 128-256 bit SSL encryption, security measures.

Confidentiality and Security

We will use reasonable security measures to protect against any unauthorized access to and disclosure of your personal information. However, please note that we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transactional data transmissions.

Data you provide to us will be stored on our servers located either in our offices in North Carolina, or elsewhere in the United States. However, the Internet is worldwide and by providing us with your information, you understand and consent to the international transfer of your data to servers, routers and cables that may be in international locations.

Infused Industries cannot and will not be held responsible for your Facebook profile information stored on Facebook’s servers, which is subject to the Privacy Policy of Facebook.

Sharing your Information

We will share your information (in some cases personal information) with third parties, that is parties other than Infused Industries, in the following circumstances:

We will provide your information to third party companies to perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service and to assist us in our marketing efforts. We direct all such third party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed to them and to not use your information for any purpose other than to provide services on Infused's behalf.

We do not actively share personal information with third party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless you give us your consent. If we wish to share in this fashion, we will ask for your consent. Advertisers, however, may obtain public information about you from your profile or other public sources.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of anonymous and aggregated information are not subject to any of the restrictions in this Privacy Policy.

Safety, Security and Compliance with Law

Your information, and the contents of your private online communications, may be accessed and disclosed (i) in response to legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena); (ii) when we have a good faith belief that we are required to disclose the information in response to legal process; (iii) in other circumstances in which Infused believes the Infused Software is being used in the commission of a crime (including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction); (iv) when we have a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of you or another person; and (v) when necessary either to protect the rights or property of Infused including to enforce our Terms of Service, or for us to render the service you have requested.

Sale or Merger

In the event that Infused undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we may transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organization in such transition. If material changes to Infused’s privacy practices will occur as a result of the business transition, we will notify you and other users of the business transition prior to transferring your personal information.

No other websites or software can access cookies set by us, nor can our Software access cookies set by other websites and software.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites and software. If we decide to make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you and other users by placing a notice on or by sending you a notice to the e-mail address we have on file for you.
